We stayed at a charming accommodation surrounded by stunning gardens and a breathtaking river view. the location on top of a hill is mesmerizing, and it's conveniently situated near the ferry to reach Bruny Island. the room and bathroom were immaculate, well decorated, and spacious enough to host a family. the service was top-notch, friendly hosts, and breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. We loved the atmosphere of the place, and we appreciated the facilities such as BBQ and the beautiful garden.

The breakfast was decent and the room was clean with some basic essentials. The location was spot on as it was accessible via car and located in a serene environment with a breathtaking view.
There were some facilities missing that were expected for the price paid, like the absence of a kitchen where we could cook meals. , the room was considerably smaller than we anticipated.

The accommodation was nice and clean, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. the setting was beautiful, with great views of the surrounding area. It was great to be offered the use of the BBQ and the lovely garden facilities. the breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide range of choices, both continental and Asian.
We stayed in winter and the heating wasn't available in the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. the room layout didn't offer much privacy, as the main bedroom had an open archway directly to the kitchenette.
